Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. We will also pay for your return postage if you bought on our website.
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was delivered, with a Return Merchandise Authorization.We will pay the return shipping fees if it was bought on our website and you got a RMA code but you can't get refund on the first postage and handel fee when we send parcel to you. To receive a return authorization code on orders shipped within Australia follow the steps outlined below.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +61 2 99386480. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by EG technics. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. EG technics will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Within Australia:
we are using AuPOST/Startrack, TNT and courier please.
we will pack and dispatch order within 48 hours after payment receive.
oversea orders:
we are using TNT/DHL and AustPOST.
we will pack and dispatch oversea order within 3 business days after payment receive.
Can I cancel my order?
yes, you can. Once you have received your Order Confirmation email, the order is already being processed, when you changed your mind, please contact us via email/phone to cancel the transaction ASAP, if we haven't dispatched your parcel, we can simply unpack and restock the items, refund you and cancel your transaction, you have no cost but if your parcel has been dispatched, please refer to our return policy. We will pay the return postage according to our 30-day money back garantee but unfortuntly we can't refund the postage and handel fee when we sent the parcel.
Warranty Information

The product is guaranteed against defects for the nominated warranty period (as per the information bullet points displayed on the product page of this website) from date of purchase. eg technics will offer a repair, replacement product or store credit if the product is assessed as being defective during the warranty period.

To claim under the warranty, take the product to the Front Service Desk or post it to our warehouse. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Additional information may be requested of you to process your claim. Should you not be able to provide proof of purchase with a receipt or a bank statement, identification showing your name, address and signature may be required to process your claim.
Do you ship to my country?
we take oversea order now and offer discount freight to NEW Zealand, USA, Canada, EU and Japan. For our EG vents, it is flat postage AU$30 on each item and $10 for each additional Vents.
