When you contact EG Technics about a service or product, you may provide contact details, a property address, a description of the issue, or photos. We use relevant information to respond, assess your request, prepare advice or a quote, arrange work where appropriate, and provide product or service support. A service address is private enquiry information and is not published as a project location.
The website's online chat is not currently enabled. If it is enabled later, it will be provided by tawk.to, which may process chat messages and technical session information such as an IP address, browser and device details. EG Technics has visitor IP tracking enabled in its Tawk settings. Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through chat.
Tawk.to privacy information ↗Tawk.to subprocessor list ↗Tawk.to states that chat data is stored in Google Cloud data centres in the United States, delivered through a global content delivery network, and may be handled by subprocessors in other countries. Information sent through chat may therefore be processed outside Australia. These provider arrangements can change and will be checked again before this notice is finalised.
Tawk.to data hosting information ↗Tawk.to chat records do not automatically expire. EG Technics intends to review and manually delete unconverted enquiry chats no later than six months after their last activity. This is a proposed manual process, not an automatic setting, and must be put into operation before public chat is enabled. Information needed for an active job may be transferred to private job records and handled separately.

The Shop page currently displays selected product information, but an Ecwid checkout is not connected to this website. Ecwid says its storefront can use cookies and local storage for store functions such as a visitor session and cart or checkout. Before online checkout is connected, EG Technics will confirm its customer-facing terms, delivery and returns information, payment flow, invoice content and privacy notice. If online orders are enabled, Ecwid and the selected payment provider may process information needed to take and fulfil an order.

Optional website analytics is not currently active on this website, and no Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics tag is loaded. If analytics is introduced later, EG Technics will confirm the tag configuration, update this notice and present the relevant privacy choice before sending optional analytics data. The Ecwid storefront may use separate cookies or local storage if it is connected in the future.
